WHOEVER IMPORT, EXPORT, SELL, BUY OR ADVERTSE IN THESE COUNTRIES PRODUCTS UNDER THE NAME "MY STAR" OR WORDS CONTAINING THIS NAME, WITHOUT THE LICENCE FROM GRAZIELLA PALETTA, COMMIT AN UNLAWFUL ACTION, AND IT IS ALSO UNLAWFUL TO USE RECALLS TO THE TRADEMARK NAME IN DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENTS TO CREATE CONFUSION TO THE CUSTOMERS.

THE JEWELS "MY STAR" ARE EXCLUSIVELY PRODUCED IN VALENZA (ITALY), FROM THE COMPANY WHICH HAVE THE LICENCE FOR PRODUCTION AND SALE, AND WHICH FACTORY NUMBER IS MARKED ON THE JEWELS AND WRITTEN ON THEIR CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY, ALSO SIGNED GRAZIELLA PALETTA, AND THEY ARE NOT ON SALE UNDER OTHER NAMES.

THE LINE "MY STAR" FOR CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES, ( MY STAR: True Luxury To Wear), are exclusive models, realized on request.
